Website Article Submission Guidelines

Attention combat veterans. We want your story!

Articles must be submitted by the original author. Generally articles must be at least one of the following: personal story, Marine Corps, Marine Corps League, or historical in content. Political commentary is not permitted according to our bylaws. The webmaster reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of submitted articles for posting and the posted article formatting. If the article has been published, full credit must be given to the publication or website, including detachment newsletters. Ownership of the articles remains with the original author.

Articles posted maybe used as source material, however, full credit must be given to the original author and this website. The Marine Corps League, the Department of California, and the webmaster make no assurances relating to the accuracy of the articles and cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the articles. If an article is found to be grossly in error, plagiarized, or fraudulent, it will be removed.

Please submit articles in MS Word format or plain text format. If there are graphics, please attach them to the email, do NOT embed in the Word document. Please email articles to me at: mcldeptcal@yahoo.com.
